Deficit spurs automation workers
Prohibitive costs limit the adoption of a corporate level, but governments local authorities are giving more subsidies to encourage plant modernization.
Increasing pay and benefits to retain or attract workers is not the only approach China takes providers to maintain production levels in the middle of an always difficult work situation. Many are turning to automation.
