The word diet is not popular in the imagination of many of our days. Perhaps the real reason for this is the suggestion of austerity, deprivation and softness.
In today's world, especially here in the U.S., everything related to the austerity is contrary the good life. Because they have come to see us as a nation happy, perhaps destined to enjoy the convenience of our civilization itself. In addition, it has even been asked to share with others who are less fortunate, that, once made, seems to give us the right to relax and enjoy our individual lives.
Consequently, the belief that pleasure and ease every day should be a part of American life is widespread. Even difficult economic times call for others to find an expression of pleasure and life that makes us know that we remain the most magnificent the world. To be otherwise is also anti-American and Third World.
Maybe that's why the word diet Food is more surprising to us as strangers or hostile. It is contrary to our national identity. We suggest tightening the belt cut to support life far less than it seems necessary to make it enjoyable.
Therefore, cringe when we are told to diet, perhaps because our doctor. Of course, we will probably do, but we will do only with the distant promise of being able to return to the good life of comfort and pleasure.
Few of us ever thought that this good life is ours is the same game of life we are in trouble. Few, even seriously the possibility that not only cause of obesity in increasing numbers, but also is responsible for diseases that are authorized to enter into us for that.
Once again, the truth, too much food fried meat, too, too much sugar, too much fast food have to look very different than most of us would like. A natural diet food and grains can be against this.
We all know that this is true. But we do not do something about it. Why? Because they fear the consequences not only happens, but staying in a healthy diet - eating during a project to feed and rebuild our body tissues. But most of us insist to stay in burgers, fries, milkshakes and Mountain Dew, which seems such an important part of our normal American .. If only more of us realize that it really is a system that is very clean, we could be in better condition for exchange for something that is much better for us.
